Ahmed Daoud is a distinguished executive headhunter with a rich history of over 15 years, delivering on strategic executive roles and recruitment projects. His varied experience spans multinational and local organizations in Brazil and across the MENA region, providing him with a unique global perspective. Launching his career with Odebrecht, one of Latin America’s largest construction companies, Ahmed gained invaluable hands-on experience leading mega-project resourcing activities. This foundation set the stage for his move to Royal Dutch Shell in 2013, where he helmed recruitment for several regional projects and later led Learning & Development activities within a Shell JV in Iraq.
Demonstrating his leadership prowess, Ahmed joined the Executive Management team of El Seif, one of the leading family-owned conglomerates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Here, he steered the Strategic Talent Development agenda for the Group. Taking his expertise to the global stage, Ahmed joined InterSearch ME, a top 10 International Executive Search firm, in January 2020. As part of this endeavour, he established the company in KSA, spearheaded big government tenders, and fostered robust partnerships with candidates and clients across multiple sectors. Today, as the Managing Partner of Talent Smart Solutions, Ahmed leads a team of seasoned consultants committed to partnering with clients to bolster their People agenda.
