STRAGO Healthcare Corporate Standards
STRAGO Healthcare is committed to respecting the legal framework, particularly the requirements of international labour, residence, and social law, within the scope of its services for recruiting international professionals.
Human rights and social standards, such as the prohibition of discrimination, protection against sexual harassment, equal opportunities, health and safety, and fair wages, are basic principles of STRAGO healthcare.
We do not recruit in third countries with a shortage of healthcare workers.
We are committed to aligning company practices with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. In addition, STRAGO Healthcare and its cooperation and business partners commit to comply with the ILO Core Labour Standards, in particular the ILO General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment, as well as the IRIS Standards of the International Organisation of Migration. The following principles are crucial to us:
-
Respect for laws, fundamental principles and rights in the workplace.
-
Respect for ethical and professional conduct.
-
Prohibition of recruitment fees and related costs for foreign workers
-
Respect for freedom of movement/freedom of movement of persons.
-
Respect for transparency regarding terms and conditions of employment.
-
Respect for confidentiality and data protection
-
Respect for access to legal remedies
Our company practices are based on a strict “no fee policy” or the “Employer pays”-principle. This ensures that the placement of international professionals is free of charge, no matter what.
We cooperate exclusively with partners committed to fair and ethical recruitment principles. We audit compliance with these standards regularly.
From 01.10.20234 onwards, our corporate standards will be evaluated quarterly and, if necessary, modified following their current factual and legal status.
